Mom & Son Cleaning Service LLC runs this website from Oak Creek, WI. We collect only what we need to price a clean, book it, and keep the site working. We do not sell your information, and we do not show you ads or build advertising profiles from your visit.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or book
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your ZIP code, and the details you give about the home: size, bedrooms, bathrooms, add-ons, preferred date.
- Any notes you type, and up to five photos you choose to upload (JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 4 MB each).
- The price we showed you.
Photos are optional. Please do not upload photos that show people, documents or anything you would not want us to see.
When you sign in
Signing in uses your email address. We email you a one-time link that expires in 15 minutes, so there is no password to store. Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in.
When you just browse
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and measure how fast pages load. They do not use cookies.
- Google Analytics tells us which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, how far people get through the quote steps, and how often the phone number or email link is tapped. It uses cookies to tell one visit from another. Google's advertising features and Google signals are switched off for this site.
- The events we send to analytics describe the step reached, the price tier and the quote total. They never include your name, email, phone number, address or photos.
- Like any website, our host sees your IP address and browser details in its logs, and we use your IP address to limit repeated requests so the quote form cannot be flooded.
What we use it for
- To work out your price, contact you about it, and schedule the clean.
- To email you a confirmation and any changes to your booking.
- To tell us a new request has arrived. That internal message contains your first name, area, service and quote total, not your contact details.
- To see which parts of the site work and which do not, so we can improve them.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of services to run the site. They process data on our behalf and only for that purpose:
- Vercel: hosting, and the cookieless analytics above.
- Neon: the database that stores quote and booking requests and sign-in records.
- A cloud storage provider: the photos you upload.
- An email delivery provider: confirmations and sign-in links.
- Slack: the internal new-request notice described above.
- Google: Google Analytics.
We may also share information where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your information.
Cookies
The sign-in cookie is needed to keep you signed in. Google Analytics sets cookies of its own. If you would rather not be counted, you can block them in your browser settings or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way. We do not take card payments through this website today.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and run the business, then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@momsoncleaning.com or see the contact page. This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and its date. The date at the top is the last time that happened.
