Prices above are for a single-floor home with one bedroom and one bathroom. Each additional floor adds $25; beds add $35 and baths $45 before the service multiplier. Recurring is shown at the bi-weekly rate; weekly and monthly are priced differently in the instant quote.

Questions we get before booking.
Is anything added on the day?
No. The figure the instant quote gives you is the price we work to. If a home turns out to be well outside what was described, we call before we start, never after we finish.
Do I need to supply anything?
Nothing. Every clean includes all cleaning supplies & equipment, at no extra cost.
What makes a deep clean different from a regular one?
A regular clean keeps a maintained home fresh. A deep clean resets it: baseboards, blinds, behind and inside appliances, built-up grime in bathrooms. Most first visits are deep cleans, then regular or recurring keeps it there.
How does recurring pricing work?
You pay per visit, discounted by how often we come: 20% weekly, 15% bi-weekly, 10% monthly. No contract, so cancel or pause any time.
Can I combine cleaning with junk removal?
Yes, and it saves you 15% on the whole job. Our sister company RC Junk Removal handles the hauling on the same day.
When do I pay?
After the clean, once you have walked through it. If something is not right, we re-clean it before there is any invoice.
